Delivery Time

The delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Delivery

(1) We are entitled to partial deliveries within reasonable limits. In the case of partial deliveries, the customer only has to bear the shipping costs that would have been incurred in the case of the complete delivery of the ordered goods.

(2) If an item is not deliverable because we are not properly or timely supplied by our supplier without our fault despite their contractual obligation, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform the customer immediately that the ordered goods are not available and refund any payments already made without delay.

(3) Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made from stock to the delivery address provided by the buyer.

(4) The customer is obliged to ensure that only they themselves or persons authorized by them who are of legal age accept the delivery of the goods. The customer indemnifies Bremer Feinkost against claims by third parties arising from the breach of this obligation.

(5) If the customer is in default of acceptance or culpably breaches other cooperation obligations, Bremer Feinkost is entitled to claim compensation for the damage incurred, including any additional expenses. Further claims remain reserved.

(6) The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the purchased item passes to the customer at the time they are in default of acceptance.
